Kelly Shitambasi is the founder of the Kenyan Feminine Goddess and Goddess Care Initiative. Inspired by her personal journey as a cancer survivor, Kelly created these platforms to empower women to embrace their strength and resilience, even in the face of adversity.

Her work is deeply rooted in addressing the healthcare challenges faced by women in underserved communities, with a focus on improving access to medical services and health education. Driven by her passion and unwavering dedication, Kelly is tirelessly working to achieve the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being), creating lasting change and fostering healthier, stronger communities across Kenya.


Dr. Elsie Ombakho, a Medical Doctor and Public Health Practitioner based in London, is the co-founder of the Goddess Care Initiative and a representative of the Kenyan Feminine Goddess. With over four years of clinical experience, her passion for women’s health was ignited during her work in maternity wards, where she witnessed the resilience of women.

Now spearheading initiatives to empower women in rural Kenya, Elsie integrates health education and entrepreneurship to create lasting change. She firmly believes that healthy, empowered women are essential for driving societal progress.

As a representative of the Kenyan Feminine Goddess and co-founder of the Goddess Care Initiative, Dr. Loise plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission to uplift and support women and children in rural Kenya.

Her unwavering commitment and expertise as a trusted advisor underscore the initiative’s dedication to fostering positive change and creating opportunities for women's advancement. Through her advocacy, Dr. Loise helps build a more equitable and inclusive society, empowering every woman and girl to reach their full potential.
